摘要
特朗普上任后,将"美国第一"或"美国优先"的全球利益再分配作为"特朗普主义"的核心,宣布美国退出TPP,要求重新谈判NAFTA,甚至威胁退出WTO。这些行动成为当前新一轮逆全球化的重要表现。此轮逆全球化浪潮是由一系列现实问题助推而成,不仅呈现出新的趋势和特点,还给国际经济一体化进程带来了挑战与机遇并存的影响。而美国作为全球唯一的超级大国,在涉及TPP和NAFTA的国际区域经济一体化战略上所作的调整,引起了包括其在内的发达成员和发展中成员之间经济关系的变化。
After taking office, Trump regarded the redistribution of ＂America First＂ global interests as the core of Trumpism. Meanwhile, Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from TPP and renegotiate NAFTA, and even threatened to withdraw from WTO. These actions have become important manifestation of the current wave of anti-globalization, which is caused by a series of practical problems. It not only shows new trends and characteristics, but also brings challenges and opportunities to the process of international economic integration. As the only superpower in the world, the United States has made adjustments in its strategy of regional economic integration involving TPP and NAFTA, leading to changes in the economic relations between developed and developing countries.
