摘要
旋毛虫病主要是由旋毛形线虫(Trichinella spiralis)引起的一种严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病。旋毛虫生活史的各个阶段均能影响宿主的免疫应答。固有免疫系统由组织屏障、免疫细胞和免疫分子组成,是机体对抗病原体感染的第一道防线。在旋毛虫感染过程中,宿主固有免疫系统发挥保护性免疫效应,同时,旋毛虫及其产物亦可干扰固有免疫应答促进虫体的免疫逃避。深入研究旋毛虫感染对肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、树突状细胞等固有免疫细胞以及组织屏障和相关先天免疫分子的影响机制对旋毛虫病的防控至关重要。
Trichinellosis is a serious zoonotic parasitic disease primarily caused by Trichinella spiralis(T. spiralis). T.spiralis can affect the host immune response at all life cycle stages. The host's innate immune system, composed of tissue barriers, immune cells and immune molecules, is the first line of defense against pathogen agents infection. T. spiralis and its products play a crucial role during their interaction with host innate immune system to elicit host protection and immune evasion during infection. The impacts of Trichinella spiralis infection on innate immune cells such as mast cells, eosinophils,dendritic cells as well as organizational barriers and related innate immune molecules are reviewed.
