摘要
以云南大学职业与继续教育学院和云南嘉华食品有限公司联合举办的员工函授教学班为实例,运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面,结合云南作为边疆少数民族不发达地区的实际情况,分析成人高等教育校企联合办学存在的问题,并对其未来发展进行构想。
Taking staff correspondence class which was jointly organized by college of vocational and continuing education in Yunnan university and Yunnan Jiahua Food Company as an example, this paper applying SWOT analytical method and from four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats analyzes the problems existing in the joint school run by universities and companies in Yunnan adult higher education, and carries on the conception of its future development, combined with actual situation that Yunnan is a border national minority in underdeveloped areas.
