脾窦岸细胞血管瘤1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 脾窦岸细胞血管瘤（littoral cell angioma,LCA）是一种极为少见的脾脏血管源性肿瘤,组织学认为其起源于脾脏红髓的窦岸细胞。Falk等[1]于1991年首次报道并命名,此后国内外相关文献对该病有个案报道100余例。现对吉林大学第一医院收治的1例脾LCA病例进行回顾与分析。
