摘要
要实现我国经济、社会、生态环境的协调发展,改善大气污染环境,实现两个百年目标,发展核电是必然的选择。从核电技术和经济特性方面分析,并参考诸多发达国家的核电运行模式,核电机组适合作为基荷机组运行,但电网存在峰谷差也需要调峰能力,核电作为电网中的一员也理应在调峰上做出应有的贡献。本文建议按照"核蓄一体化"运营模式,在规划建设核电的同时规划建设与之配套的抽水蓄能电站,充分利用核电及抽水蓄能电站各自的特点,走出一条核电协调发展之路。
The development of nuclear power is the necessary option to realize the coordinated development of economy, society and ecological environment, and to improve air pollution as well as to achieve the Two Centenary Goals. Nuclear power plant is suitable for operation as the base load power plant as a result of the analysis for nuclear power technology and economics, and taking nuclear power operation modes of many developed countries as reference. The nuclear power, as a member of the State Grid, should make its due contribution for the grid which has the peak-valley difference and needs the peaking capability. This paper proposes to construct nuclear power plant and pumped storage power station at the same time by taking respective advantages of each plant in the mode of ＂Integration of nuclear power and pumped storage＂ to create a coordinated development path of nuclear power.
