摘要
为了研究梯次支护对煤巷软弱夹层顶板的支护效果,以许厂煤矿为工程背景,分析了梯次支护机理,开展了顶板泥岩的耐崩解性试验和膨胀性试验,重点研究了梯次支护在3315运输巷的应用效果。结果表明:泥岩耐崩解性指数平均大小为77.92%,最大膨胀应力为0.95MPa,最大膨胀率为3.5%,水对软弱夹层弱化作用较强。在巷道掘进和回采期间,巷道两帮最大收敛量分别为82mm和149mm,顶底板最大移近量分别为10mm和549mm,顶板最大离层量7mm。这充分表明梯次支护用于煤巷含水软弱夹层顶板支护是科学合理的,可以在工程中推广应用。
To study the effect of multi-length support technology in coal roadway with aquiferous soft and weak interlayer roof. Firstly,we took the engineering background of Xuchang Coal Mine to analyze the mechanical mechanism of multi-length support; then,we carried out the disintegration tolerance experiment and expansion experiment of roof mudstone;and focused on the application effects of the support technology in transportation roadway of 3315 working face. As a result,the average disintegration tolerance index of roof mudstone is 77. 92%; the maximum expansion stress and ratio are 0. 95 MPa and 3. 5%, respectively. It proves that the water has a weakening effect on the strength of soft and weak interlayer. Furthermore,during roadway tunneling and excavation,the maximum convergence of roadway ribs are 82 mm and 149 mm, that of roof and floor are 10 mm and 549 mm, respectively, and the maximum roadway roof saparation displacement is 7mm. Obviously,the results prove that the multi-length support technology has a good supporting effect for coal roadway coal roadway with aquiferous soft and weak interlayer roof.
