摘要
本文针对我国各级公共图书馆资源重复建设,资源建设不均衡,缺乏统一的用户身份管理体系等问题,设计并实现了数字图书馆推广工程统一用户管理平台。该平台不仅实现了对全国各级公共图书馆数字图书馆用户的统一管理,形成统一的认证机制,还实现了对各类数字资源进行统一管理,根据用户权限对资源进行灵活配置,为全国各地公共图书馆的用户统一管理和资源共享提供基础保障。
Aiming at the problems such as repeated construction of resources, unbalanced resource construction and the lack of unified user identity management system in the public libraries at all levels in our country, the authors design and implement a unified user management platform for Digital Library Promotion Project, which not only realizes the unified management of the digital library users of all levels of public libraries in our country and forms a unified authentication mechanism, but also realizes the unified management of all kinds of digital resources and flexible allocation of resources according to user permissions. All in all, the platform provides the basic guarantee for the unified management and resource sharing of public libraries across the country.
