摘要 印染废水组分复杂,水量变化大、B/C比较低、色度高、毒性比较大、悬浮比较高等特点,是印染行业最主要的污染来源。通过分析印染废水污染特征,总结目前常用的物理法、化学法和生化法废水处理方法在实际应用中的优缺点。结合实际工作案例的应用情况,提出先采用生化后物化联合处理法可以综合利用各自方法的处理优势,弥补各自工艺的不足,废水中COD、色度的去除率在90%以上。 Dyeing wastewater is a main source of pollution in printing and dyeing industry because of its complex composition, large variation of water quantity, low B/C, high chromaticity, toxicity and high suspension. By analyzing the characteristics of the pollution of dyeing wastewater, the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used physical, chemical and biochemical wastewater treatment methods are summarized. Combined with practical application case, it is proposed that biochemical treatment method should be adopted firstly and then physicochemical treatment method should be taken, which takes comprehensive advantages of each method and make up for the shortcomings of their respective processes. The removal rate of COD and chromaticity in wastewater is more than 90 %.
