摘要
构建典型戊类仓库的火灾试验模型,开展对比试验,研究不同质量外包装材料情况下木托盘对该类仓库火灾危险性的影响。研究发现,在有木托盘存在的情况下,火灾规模、火灾增长速率以及对相邻货架的影响均较大,尤其当储存物品自身外包装材料的比重较轻时,其影响更为明显。建议仓库在火灾危险性分类时将木托盘的质量与物品自身的外包装质量之和记为物品的外包装质量。
Fire experimental model of typical class E warehouse was built. Contrast lest was conducted, to study the influence of wooden pallets on warehouse fire hazard when the weight of outer packing material being different. Study showed that, when there are wooden pallets, the fire scale, fire growth rate and the influence on the nearby goods shelves are bigger, and the influence is bigger especially when the proportion of the outer packing material is small. It is suggested thai the sum of wooden pallet and outer packing material weight should be considered as the outer packing material weight when classifying the warehouse fire hazard.
