摘要
为促进老年护理分级管理,明确医养结合模式下老年护理服务内容,养老护理服务新模式应借助信息技术,规范我国居家、社区、专业养老机构、医养结合机构老年人相互转诊转养流程,健全医疗机构与养老机构业务协作机制,协同政府做好老年护理管理工作。
In order to promote the elderly nursing class management and ensure the context of elderly nursing services based on medical and pension. New model of nursing service for the elderly need to use information technology to standardize the process of home, community, professional pension institutions, medical and health care institutions and the elderly transferred. Furthermore the new mode provide support for the coordination of medical institutions and pension services and the elderly nursing management works.
