摘要
为方便医师、护士和医疗机构申请执业注册及登记业务,简化审批程序,推进信息公开,实现行业内及时有效地管理调控,优化资源配置,推动我国的行政审批、许可的管理改革,研究建立电子化注册系统,为实现执业医师、护士、医疗机构拥有唯一的、全国通用的电子证照打下基础。电子化注册系统是实现医师、护士、医疗机构的自我管理,强化社会监督管理的一种手段。实现电子化注册系统建设及工作的推进进行探讨。
For the convenience of physicians, nurses and medical institutions to apply for practice registration and business registration, simplifying examination and approval procedures, promote information disclosure, achieve timely and effective management in the industry, optimize the allocation of resources, promote the management reform of administrative examination and approval, in our country, study the establishment of electronic registration system, to achieve the practicing physician, nurses, medical institutions, have only the generic electronic license. Electronic registration systemis to realize the self- management of medical institutions, doctors and nurses, strengthen a means of social supervision and management. This paper discusses the construction of electronic registration system and the advancement of its work.
