摘要
为实现低品质长石资源的高值化利用,对赣南某钾长石矿进行了矿石性质研究和可选性试验,确定了"高梯度强磁-分级脱泥-反浮选除铁-石英分离"的选矿工艺。试验结果表明,该工艺可使钾长石精矿中钾钠含量达到13.7%,Fe2O3含量降至0.12%,并获得Si O2含量为99.26%,Fe2O3含量为0.08%的石英精矿。所得长石精矿达到平板玻璃用一等品等级(JC/T 895-2000),石英精矿达到日用陶瓷用优等品质量标准(QB/T 1637-2016)。
In order to realize high-value application of low-quality feldspar resources, research on the ore properties and separation ability were studied and beneficiation process of "high gradient magnetic separation-grading desliming-deironingby reverse flotation-separation of quartz" was carried out to deal with the K-feldspar from Gannan.The results showed that, the content of sodium potassium in feldspar concentrate can reach 13.7% and content of Fe2O3 was reduced below 0.12%; The quartz concentrate with 99.26% Si O2 and 0.08% Fe2O3 can be obtained.The feldspar concentration be suited of the first grade of flat glass according to JC/T895-2000,quartz concentrate up to the special grade of daily use of ceramic quality standards according to QB/T 1637-2016.
