摘要
近年来,我国的房地产行业发展迅速,市场需求量大,但房屋建筑所用资源甚多。随着房产行业的不断扩充和发展,我国的资源将来会出现短缺现象,因此,要在现有的资源中开发和建设更多的建筑,就需要更加优化房屋建筑的设计规划,从节约的角度出发,在建设的过程中为建筑的节能环节进行考虑。本文主要就当下房屋建筑中节能设计现状进行分析,并且探讨在今后的房产开发过程中,如何更好的运用房屋建筑的节能设计。
