摘要
为了更好地明确整车开发阶段感知质量量化评价的方法,从感知质量形象评价及系统评价2种方法入手,阐述感知质量在开发中的应用,并分析其在整车开发阶段的评分体系。结果表明,通过对感知质量评价数据的收集、整理和分析,使用户的主观元素数字化及客观化,可以为整车的感知质量提供优化改进的方向,并进一步提高产品的开发质量。
In order to better clarify the method of perceived quality assessment in the development stage of vehicle, this paper discusses the application of perceived quality in development from the two methods of perceived quality image evaluation and system evaluation, and analyzes its evaluation system in vehicle development stage. The results show that, through the collection and analysis of the perceived quality evaluation data, the subjective elements of the user are digitized and objectified, which can provide the optimization and improvement direction for the perceived quality of vehicle, and further improve the quality of product development.
