摘要
煤矿辅助运输系统是煤矿机电系统和采掘系统的重要组成部分。运输绞车作为辅助运输系统不可或缺的设备,对于煤矿井下辅助运输有着不可或缺的重要作用。滚筒是运输绞车的关键承载结构,在实际运转过程中其受力状况非常繁杂,只运用传统的理论运算分析很难获得相对精确的结果。针对目前煤矿的辅助运输系统存在的问题,对矿用运输绞车的关键机械结构滚筒部分进行了有限元分析,同时完成了对其的力学分析,通过有限元分析,验证了力学分析计算的正确性,同时说明机械结构强度及刚度都能够达到要求,这为以后的进一步研究奠定了科学基础,对后续的发展具有重要意义。
Auxiliary transport system is an important part of the electromechanical system and mining system in mines.Haulage winch is indispensable in the auxiliary transport system.As a key bearing structure,the force status of the roller is complicated in the actual operation.Traditional theoretical analysis is difficult to obtain the precise results.To solve the problems in the current auxiliary transport system,finite element analysis was conducted on the roller of the winch.The finite element analysis verified the mechanical analysis,which means that the strength and rigidity of the mechanical structure have met the requirement.The study has laid a scientific basis for the further research,which is also important for the future development.
