摘要
针对初采期间采空区大面积瞬间垮落所引起的人员伤亡和设备损坏等问题,以柠条塔煤矿S1201工作面为工程背景,系统地对比分析了定向水力压裂初次放顶技术与深孔爆破初次放顶技术,得出:与深孔爆破技术相比,定向水力压裂初次放顶技术安全性高,能缩短初次来压步距20m左右,初次放顶直接成本降低11%左右,且增加了矿井有效生产时间,提高了煤炭产量,是一项安全、高效、经济、绿色的初次放顶技术。
In the initial mining period,the sudden and large collapse of goaf could cause casualties and equipment damage.Taking No.S1201 working face in Ningtiaota as engineering background,the study compares the first roof caving of directional hydraulic fracturing and deep-hole blasting.The results show that,compared with the deep-hole blasting,the directional hydraulic fracturing is safer.It could reduce the weighting interval by 20 meters or so,cut the cost about11%,and increase effective production time and coal production,which is safe,efficient,economical and green.
