摘要
调和营卫法虽然广泛应用于临床实践中,临床研究也取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在一些不足之处:(1)对营卫学说和调和营卫法继承、总结不足。虽然近几年对营卫学说及其临床应用的研究开始关注,但重视的程度远远不够;应该把营卫学说放到整个中医理论体系的基础和核心内容的高度来进行研究,现阶段的理论研究大多是某一方面的总结或分析,缺少全面系统的总结与阐发;如集中于卫气和失眠、桂枝汤的应用以及卫气营血辨证的研究这几个相对的热点上,深层次的研究比较缺乏。(2)临床研究的病种单一、样本少,大多对某一病或某一证进行研究,且很多是临床报道,报道的验案或病例很少,缺少大样本的临床研究。营卫学说是一个系统的理论,涉及全身上下五脏六腑,与各科各系统疾病的发生息息相关,调和营卫法的应用范围极其广泛,应该可以应用到更多的疾病中。(3)未与现代医学有机结合。国家有关部门和中医药临床教育研究机构都在大力提倡中医药的现代化、国际化,但到现在为止,中医的理论与临床仍无大的突破。营卫学说与西医内分泌系统、免疫系统、血液循环系统、出凝血系统等系统具有密切的相似相关性,营卫学说可以成为中西医结合的桥梁,从而为中医理论的现代化找到突破口。
Even though the method of regulating yin and wei is widely applied to clinical practice and it has achieved certain efficacy,there are still some defects.（1）It lacks the inheritance and summary of the theory of yin and wei and the method of regulating yin and wei. The theory of yin and wei and the research on its clinical application have attracted attention in recent years but the attention is far from enough. Studies should be made by taking theory of yin and wei as the basic and core content of theoretical system of Chinese medicine. Recent theoretical studies mostly focus on the summary or analysis of one aspect,but it lacks comprehensive and systematic summary and illustration. For instance,the hot studies on wei qi,insomina,application of Guizhi Decoction and syndrome differentiation of wei,qi,yin and blood are relatively superficial. Only Wu Yiling,etc,makes innovations,carries forward the theory of yin and wei,puts forward that the core idea of meridian theory is the balance between yin and wei and guides the prevention and treatment of vasculopathy.（2）The cases selected for clinical study are simple and with limited samples. Most researches are about one disease or one syndrome with clinical reports which lack proven cases and the cases are few. The theory of ying and wei is a systematic theory,involving five zang-organs and six fu-organs and associating with diseases of various systems.The method of regualting ying and wei is of extremely wide application and should be applied to more diseases.（3）It doesn＇t combined with modern medicine in an organic way. Related departments and educational research organizations of clinical Chinese medicine have been greatly advocating the modernization and internalization of Chinese medicine,but there hasn＇ t been great breakthrough in the Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice. There is close similarity and dependency between theory of ying and wei and endocrine system,immune system,blood circulation system and coagulation system in western medicine. The theory of ying and wei can be the bridge in integrative Chinese and western medicine,thus bringing about breakthrough for the modernization of Chinese medicine theory.
