摘要
目的:观察真武汤加味葶苈子治疗慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)的临床疗效及对血清NT-pro BNP、左心室射血分数(LVEF)的影响。方法:选取本院2015年3月—2016年3月住院治疗的慢性心衰患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。对照组患者均予以低流量吸氧、休息、限盐,予以地高辛0.125 mg·次^(-1),日1次;贝那普利10 mg·次^(-1)(起始剂量5 mg),日1次;螺内酯25 mg·次^(-1),日2次;呋塞米片25 mg·次^(-1),日2次;美托洛尔片12.5 mg·次^(-1),日1次;曲美他嗪片20 mg·次^(-1),日3次。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用真武汤加味治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、血清NT-pro BNP及LVEF的变化。结果:对照组有效率为90.32%,治疗组有效率为96.77%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后血清NT-pro BNP、LVEF水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加味联合西药能显著改善慢性心衰急性发作期患者的症状、体征,显著降低血清NT-pro BNP,显著升高LVEF。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of True Warrior Decoction Supplemented with Semen Lepidii on chronic cardiac failure（ CCF） and the levels of NT-pro BNP and LVEF. Methods： Totally 62 patients with CCF treated in this hospital between March 2015 and March 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group. Control group were given treatment of low-flow oxygen inhalation oxygen,rest and salty limit with Digoxin of 0. 125 mg each time for once a day,Benazepril of 10 mg each time（ 5 mg for initial dose） for once a day,Spirolactone of 25 mg each time for twice a day,Furosemide Tablets of 25 mg each time for twice a day,Metoprolol Tablets of 12. 5 mg each time for once a day and Trimetazidine of 20 mg each time for three times a day. Treatment group were additionally given Supplemented True Warrior Decoction for the treatment.The symptoms,signs,levels of NT-pro BNP and LVEF before and after treatment in both groups were observed and compared. Results： The effective rate was 90. 32% in control group and 96. 77% in treatment group; the difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The levels of NT-pro BNP and LVEF in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Supplemented True Warrior Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and signs,reduce the level of NT-pro BNP and increase the level of LVEF in patients with CCF.
