摘要
设计一种螺旋叶片成形模具,能够制造大螺距、大厚度、大单边宽度(螺旋叶片外径与内径差的1/2)的螺旋叶片。通过Solidworks软件模拟模具的工作原理,通过几何计算得出模具尺寸。实际工程实践表明,该模具制造的螺旋叶片能够应用于建筑、矿山等大型机械的输送装置,提高了大型螺旋叶片的制造效率,降低了螺旋叶片的制造成本。
One species of helical blades forming die is designed to produce helical blades with large pitch, large thickness and large unilateral width (half of the outcome that the helical blades excircle diameter minus inner diameter). The working principle of the die is simulated by Solidworks software, and the size of the die is obtained by geometric calculation. The actual engineering practices show that the helical blade manufactured by this kind of die is used in construction, mining and other large machinery for delivering device. The die will improve the manufacturing efficiency of the large helical blade, reduce the manufacturing cost of helical blade.
