摘要
多组学技术将使人类对微生物研究的产生爆炸,被视为微生物学的未来。笔者认为对于多组学产生的数据需要与分离培养技术及其生态特征共同结合,简化复杂多组学数据处理方法,使得多组学技术对于分析微生物群落更有针对性。
Multi-omit techniques will lead to the explosion of human research into Microbiology and often seen as the future of microbiome studies. We argue that recent strategies for simplifying complex omit-derived data will need to be combined with improved cultivation techniques and its ecological characteristics, and simplify the method of complex multi data. To pave the way towards a more targeted approach for understanding microbial communities.
