摘要
旅游人数的不断增长和旅游业的快速发展,导致旅游业产生的碳排放不断上升,如何缓解旅游业中的碳排放,发展低碳旅游成为研究的重点。文章构建了由政府、旅游企业和旅游消费者三个主体组成的模型,对三者在演化博弈中的决策进行分析,研究影响每个主体决策的因素,以及如何培养旅游消费者低碳出行、引导其进行低碳消费,以期为我国旅游业的低碳化发展提供参考。研究结果表明,企业与旅游消费者的决策是互相影响的,政府合理设置对旅游消费者与企业的补贴、罚金,能有效提高旅游消费者和企业参与低碳旅游的积极性。
As the number of tourists increases and the tourism emission from tourism is rising. Thus, it is crucial to examine develops rapidly, the how to deal with the greenhouse through developing low-carbon tourism. In this study, we establish a model constituting with government, tourism enterprises and consumers and analyze their decisions in the evolutionary game and the factors influencing their decisions. In addition, we study how to develop the low-carbon awareness of consumers and to guide them to make low-carbon consumption, aiming to provide some references for the development of low- carbon tourism in China. The results show that the decisions made by tourism enterprises and consumers are interacting with each other, and that enthusiasm of consumers and tourism enterprises government sets up to participate in the low- carbon tourism will be increased if the reasonable subsidies and fine for consumers and enterprises.
