摘要
目的探讨慢性心功能不全患者应用强化护理干预对其生活质量的影响。方法根据随机数字法对112例本院2015年2月—2017年3月收治的慢性心功能不全患者进行分组,实验组56例患者采用强化护理干预,对照组56例采用常规护理,对比两组生活质量评分。结果实验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心功能不全患者的生活质量可通过强化护理干预提高。
Objective To investigate the influence of intensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Method According to the random number method,112 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency treated from February 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were divided into groups,experimental group had 56 cases received intensive nursing intervention,control group had 56 cases received routine nursing care,quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure can be improved by intensive nursing intervention.
