摘要
目的探讨缺铁性贫血孕妇给予膳食干预的价值。方法收集我院缺铁性贫血孕妇,分为研究组和对照组,两组均接受相同孕期饮食健康教育,研究组加用膳食教育干预。对比两组治疗干预前后体质指数、血糖、血红蛋白、两组妊娠结局(孕妇高血压疾病、早产、产后出血、妊娠糖尿病)。结果两组治疗干预前血糖、血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗干预后血糖、血红蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组妊娠结局中高血压疾病、早产、产后出血比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妊娠结局中妊娠糖尿病比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过给予缺铁性贫血孕妇膳食干预,可以改善孕妇血红蛋白水平,提高血糖,减少妊娠不良结局。
Objective To investigate the value of dietary intervention in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia.Methods The pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital,were selected and clivided divided into The study group and control group,two groups were received the same diet health education during the same period,study group was treated with dietary education intervention.Body mass index,blood glucose and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,two groups of pregnancy outcomes(pregnancy,hypertension,premature birth,postpartum hemorrhage,gestational diabetes mellitus).Results The difference of blood glucose and hemoglobin before and after treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P〈0.05);The difference of blood glucose and hemoglobin between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There were significant differences in hypertension,preterm birth and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P〈0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in gestational diabetes mellitus(P〈0.05).Conclusion By giving dietary intervention to pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia,hemoglobin levels in pregnant women can be improved,blood sugar can be raised,and adverse pregnancy outcomes can be reduced.
