摘要
目的分析血清叶酸与维生素B_(12)联合检测在贫血诊断中的应用价值。方法选取该院2015年1月‐2017年1月诊治的贫血患者100例为观察组,选取同期体检健康者100例作为对照组。两组均于清晨静脉空腹采血,分别检测其血清叶酸及维生素B_(12)水平。观察并比较两组血清叶酸、维生素B_(12)水平,分析观察组患者血清叶酸与维生素B_(12)单独检测贫血检出率与联合检测贫血检出情况,比较观察组不同贫血类型应用单独检测及联合检测的贫血检出情况。结果观察组血清叶酸及维生素B_(12)水平分别为(18.11±6.24)μg/ml、(1.71±0.79)μg/ml,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组联合检测贫血检出率(92%)显著高于血清叶酸单独检测检出率(68%)及维生素B_(12)单独检测检出率(48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对观察组缺铁性贫血、正常细胞性贫血及巨幼细胞性贫血,血清叶酸与维生素B_(12)联合检测贫血检出率均显著高于单独检测检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清叶酸与维生素B_(12)联合检测在贫血早期诊断中具有极高的应用价值,联合检测检出率高,误诊漏诊情况少。
【Objective】To analyze the application value of serum folic acid and vitamin B12 in the diagnosis of anemia.【Methods】A total of 100 patients with anemia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as observation group,and 100 healthy controls were selected as control group at the same time.The morning fasting venous blood was taken in two groups and the respective serum folic acid,vitamin B12 levels were detected.The levels of serum folic acid and vitamin B12 of two groups were observed and compared.The anemia detection rate of single detection of serum folic acid and vitamin B12,and the anemia detection rate of joint detection in observation group were analyzed.The anemia detection rate of single detection and joint detection in different types of anemia in observation group were compared.【Results】The levels of serum folic acid and vitamin B12 of observation group were(18.11 ± 6.24) μg/ml and(1.71 ± 0.79) μg/ml,which were significantly lower than those of control group(P〈0.05);the anemia detection rate of joint detection in observation group(92%) was significantly higher than that of single detection of serum folic acid(68%) and that of single detection of vitamin B12(48%)(P〈0.05);as for iron-deficiency anemia,normocytic anemia and megaloblastic anemia in observation group,the anemia detection rate of joint detection of serum folic acid and vitamin B12 was significantly higher than that of single detection(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Joint detection of serum folic acid and vitamin B12 in the early diagnosis of anemia has very high application value.The joint detection has high detection rate,less misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
