摘要
研究了清耕和枝条覆盖2种不同处理方式下苹果园土壤微生物的多样性变化特征,探讨2种不同处理方式对可培养微生物,微生物量碳、氮含量,土壤微生物群落代谢功能多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)枝条覆盖处理后,土壤中微生物如真菌、细菌的数量比清耕处理分别高58.3%、32%,放线菌数量低于清耕处理10.4%。土壤中碳、氮含量,枝条覆盖处理高于清耕处理分别为11.3%、23.7%。(2)枝条覆盖后微生物的碳源利用的丰富度指数、均匀度指数均高于清耕处理,AWCD低于清耕处理,枝覆盖对物种丰富度指数、优势度指数影响较小。(3)枝条覆盖处理相对于清耕处理土壤微生物群落不稳定。研究结果可为枝条回田的必要性和可行性提供依据,并为苹果园土壤微生态环境的土壤管理体系提供新的理论依据。
Study on the changes of soil microbial diversity under clean tillage and covered branches of two different treatments in ap- ple orchard, to explore the influences of two different treatments on cultivable microorganisms, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content, diversity of soil microbial community metabolism. The results showed that: (1)the number of fungi and bacteria after the branches covering treatment were 58.3% and 32% higher than clean tillage, and the number of aetinomycetes was lower than that of the 10.4%. The content of carbon and nitrogen in the soil, and the branches covering treatmentwere 11.3% and 23.7% , respectively. (2)the source utilization of the microbial C after covered branches was higher than that of the clearing, and the AWCD was lower than the clearing, and the branch cover had little effect on the species richness index and dominance index. (3)The soil microbial community of branch coverage was more instability than that of clean tillage. The research results can provide the basis for the neces- sity and feasibility of the branch returning to the field, and provide a new theoretical basis for the soil management system of the soil micro ecological environment of apple orchard.
