摘要
针对保德煤矿8~#煤层水平应力大,采用宽度为35m的护巷煤柱仍难以保障巷道的稳定性,同时使煤炭的采出率和经济效益降低的问题。在8~#煤层顶板结构及地质条件基础上,采用理论研究、数值模拟、现场测试相结合的方法,得出8~#煤层护巷煤柱采用留小煤柱的方法,即采用宽度为12m的护巷煤柱。通过松动圈测试试验结果分析表明:留设12m护巷煤柱宽度实验效果较好,为保德煤矿护巷煤柱合理宽度的确定提供了科学依据,保证了8~#煤层的安全高效开采。
Due to large horizontal stress in No. 8 coal seam of Baode Mine, it is difficult to keep the roadway stability with 35 meters wide protective pillars. In addition, its recovery rate and economic benefits are low. Based on the roof structure and geological condition, theoretical study, numerical simulation, and field test were combined to determine the protective pillars to be 12 meters wide small coal pillars. Loose rock zone measurements showed better experimental effects of the 12 meters wide retaining protective pillars. The determination method is scientific, which could ensure the safe and efficient mining in the No. 8 coal seam.
