摘要
针对酸洗中酸雾污染的问题,采用缓蚀抑雾剂治理酸雾。研制了一种以起泡剂、稳泡剂、渗透剂和缓蚀剂为主要成分的缓蚀抑雾剂。确定了缓蚀抑雾剂的成分,分析了各成分的作用,并研究了起泡剂、稳泡剂、渗透剂、缓蚀剂对酸雾抑制效果的影响。
For pickling acid mist pollution problem, using inhibitor mist to inhibit acid mist. An inhibitor mist which was mainly composed of foaming agent, foam stabilizer, penetrant and corrosion inhibitor was developed. The components of inhibitor mist was determined, the function of each component was analyzed, and the influences of foaming agent, foam stabilizer, penetrant and corrosion inhibitor on acid mist inhibitor effect were investigated.
