激光熔覆Ni/Ti—Al2O3涂层组织研究

Microstructure of Laser Clad Ni/Ti-Al2O3 Coatings

摘要 采用激光熔覆技术在钛合金基体表面制备了Ni/Ti涂层和Ni/Ti—Al2O3涂层。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和x射线衍射仪对涂层的显微组织、成分和相组成进行了分析。结果表明,涂层与基体的结合区域有明显的光亮线,涂层与基体呈现出良好的冶金结合,涂层的显微组织由白色光亮带组织和黑色组织构成,Ni/Ti涂层中主要的物相有NiTi2和NiTi两相,Ni/Ti—Al2O3涂层主要的物相则为NiTi2、Ti和Al2O3相。 Ni/Ti coating and Ni/Ti-Al2O3 coating were fabricated on titanium alloy substrate by laser cladding. The microstructure and phase composition of the coatings were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDAX, respectively. The microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings were also researched and analyzed used by microhardness tester and multifunction tribometer, respectively. The results show that the microstructure of the coating consisted of bright zone and black zone. The binding region between coating and substrate has obvious bright line, which exhibit substantially good metallurgical bonding. The main phase of Ni/Ti coating was NiTi2 and NiTi, while Ni/Ti Al2O3 coating was NiTi2 , Ti and Al2O3.
