摘要
目的浅析腹腔镜胆囊摘除手术后患者接受护理路径的临床效果,总结归纳临床使用方式。方法根据2012年2月—2014年2月我院接收的腹腔镜胆囊摘除手术患者110例来进行研究,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组使用常规护理方式,研究组使用临床护理路径,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果研究组有16.36%的患者出现了并发症,对照组有40.00%的患者出现了并发症,两组并发症发生率比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床护理满意度是98.18%,对照组的临床护理满意度是81.82%(P<0.05)。研究组患者平均的住院时间是(5.12±1.42)d,平均医疗费用为(4 125.62±532.12)元,对照组的平均住院时间是(9.13±1.45)d,平均医疗费用(6 285.62±658.15)元,两组的医疗费用和住院时间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊摘除手术使用临床护理路径能够降低患者术后并发症发生率,减少患者的住院治疗费用,提升患者的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the nursing pathway after laparoscopic cholecystectorny （LC）, and summarize the methods of clinical use. Methods From February 2012 to February 2014, 110 patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were divided into control group and study group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the study group was given clinical nursing pathway, the clinical nursing effect of two groups was comparative analysed. Results 16.36% of the patients in the study group had complications, and 40% of the patients in the control group had complications. There were significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.18%, and the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81.82% （P 〈 0.05）. The average hospitalization time in study group with was （5.12~1.42） d, the average medical cost was （4 125.62±532.12） yuan, the average hospitalization time of the control group was （9.13~1.45） d, the average medical expenses was （6 285.62±658.15）yuan , medical expenses and hospitalization time of two groups had statistically difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway of laparoscopie cholecystectomy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the hospitalization expenses and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
