摘要
微生物检验用菌种具有变异快的特点,保藏的基本是降低微生物的活性,对不同菌种的保藏方法进行研究。随着操作难度和技术难度的提升,菌种的保存期限也在不断的延长。本文对微生物检验菌种保藏方法的保藏原理以及不同方法的优劣及其效果进行探究和分析。根据不同菌种的具体特征,选择恰当的保藏方法,以确保保藏的效果,实现保藏的目的。选恰当的保藏方法进行保藏,充分保证菌种的活性以及纯度,发挥菌种在微生物检验实验中的价值,提高研究的准确性。
Microbial strains used for microbiological testing have the characteristics of rapid variation, and the preservation is basically to reduce microbial activity and study the preservation methods of different strains. With the difficulty of operation and the increase of technical difficulty, the storage period of bacteria is extended constantly. In this paper, the principle of preservation of microorganisms, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and their effects were investigated and analyzed. According to the specific characteristics of different strains, select the appropriate preservation methods to ensure the preservation effect and achieve the purpose of preservation. Select appropriate preservation methods for preservation, fully guarantee the activity and purity of bacteria, bring into play the value of bacteria in microbiological test, and improve the accuracy of research.
