摘要
目的分析外固定器结合封闭负压引流术治疗四肢骨关节严重开放性骨折的效果。方法将我院收治的71例四肢骨关节严重开放性骨折患者分为两组,实验组36例给予外固定器结合封闭负压引流术治疗,对照组35例给予外固定器结合常规引流治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组、对照组总有效率分别为94.44%、68.57%,术后并发症发生率分别为8.33%、25.71%,实验组总有效率较高,术后并发症发生率较低,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外固定器结合封闭负压引流术治疗四肢骨关节严重开放性骨折的疗效较高,术后并发症少,安全性高,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe open fracture of limbs joints. Methods 71 cases of severe open fracture of limbs joints in our hospital were divided into two groups, 36 cases in experimental group were treated with external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage treatment, 35 cases in control group were treated with external fixation combined with conventional drainage treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group and the control group were 94.44%, 68.57% respectively. The incidences of postoperative complications were 8.33%, 25.71% respectively. The total efficiency of experimental group was higher, the incidence of postoperative complications was low, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage is more effective for the treatment of severe open fractures of limbs joints, and has less complications, high safety and remarkable effect.
