摘要
现代医院是一种服务型机构,为广大患者提供最基本的医疗服务,但是随着社会的发展,医院要想在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,就必须提高医院的管理水平。科教管理是医院管理中的重要环节,也是核心环节,必须引起医院的高度重视,文章主要分析了当前医院科教管理存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决对策,希望能够提升医院的科教管理水平。
The modern hospital is a service organization, to provide the most basic services for the majority of patients, but with the development of society, the hospital wants to occupy a space for one person in the fierce market competition, we must improve the management level of the hospital. Scientific management is an important part of hospital management, it is also the core part, we must attach great importance to the hospital, this paper analyzed the current existing problems of hospital scientific management, and puts forward some countermeasures, and hope to improve the management level of hospital.
