摘要
SAPHO综合征（synovitis-acne—pustulosis—hyperostosis—osteitis syndrome）是指由滑膜炎（synovitis）、痤疮（acne）、脓疱病（pustulosis）、骨肥厚（hyperostosis）、骨炎（osteitis）组成的一组少见的累及皮肤、骨和关节的慢性无菌性炎症综合征。该部分患者会因剧烈胸部疼痛而在胸外科、呼吸内科和疼痛科等学科就诊，因其发病率低容易被误诊漏诊。本文报道两例SAPHO综合征患者的诊疗过程，并复习相关文献，旨在加强对本病的认识，达到早期诊治的目的。
SAPHO syndrome is a chronic aseptic inflammation disease composed of synovitis, ache, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis, which involves skin, bone, and joint. Some patients with SAPHO syndrome often treated due to severe chest pain in the departments of thoracic surgery, respiratory medicine, and pain medicine, since they would be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis because of its low incidence. This paper reports the course of diagnosis and treatment in two patients with SAPHO syndrome, and reviews the related literatures to strengthen the understanding of the disease and achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment.
