摘要
文章采用"学科基点→学科理论基础→学科归属"的分析框架,阐述公安情报学的学科属性,分析大数据环境下它所面临的"变"与"不变"。研究发现,公安情报学具有自然科学、技术科学的特征,但仍归属于社会科学;在大数据环境下,公安情报学学科基点所面临的问题将更加复杂化,学科理论基础将更加丰富,学科属性中的自然科学、技术科学特性将进一步增强;公安情报学应保持自身学科属性,避免以"数据"替代"人",以"技术"取代"智能",以"科学性"规范"社会性"。
In this paper, using the analysis framework of ＂disciplinary basis point to theoretical basis to disciplinary belonging＂, the author determines the disciplinary attribution of public security information science, and analyzes that it will face what kind of ＂change＂ and ＂no change＂ under big data environment. Public security information science has the characteristics of natural science and technological science, but still belongs to social science.Under big data envi- ronment, the problems solving as the disciplinary basis points will be more complicated,the theoretical basis will be richer, and the disciplinary belonging such as natural science, technological science will be further enhanced.At the same time,public security information science should maintain its own disciplinary attribution, to avoid ＂data＂ instead of ＂person＂,＂technology＂ instead of ＂intelligence＂,and＂scientificity＂instead of ＂sociality＂.
