摘要
文章以英国政府开放数据平台data.gov.uk交通数据为调查对象,从发布机构、主题、格式、许可协议与开放级别4个方面调查该平台现有902个已发布的交通数据集的建设情况;从API设置和APP开发两方面掌握其交通数据的应用情况;从数据请求机构、主题、原因和结果了解公众对交通数据的潜在需求。在调查基础上总结da-ta.gov.uk平台交通数据建设与开放的经验与不足,为我国政府开放交通数据以推进智慧交通建设进程提供一定的启发。
The paper takes transport data on data.gov.uk as research object, investigates the construction status quo of 902 transport datasets from the perspective of publishers, themes, format, license and open level, grasps the application of transport data in terms of API setting and APP development and analyzes the potential need based on the organiza- tion type, data themes, reasons and outcomes of data requests. By summarizing the merits and demerits of the construetion and opening of transport data on data.gov.uk, the paper will provide some significant inspiration for our government to open the transport data so as to promote the process of smart transport.
