摘要
随着经济的快速发展,近年来,湖北省恩施州地区城镇化发展迅速,但是在城镇化建设过程中,就业问题成为其中主要挑战之一。为了解决就业问题,发展职业教育,提高就业人口的专业素质是关键途径之一。文章分析了湖北省恩施州职业教育的现状,注意到恩施州职业教育存在办学体制不合理、师资力量薄弱、专业设置不合理、经费投入不足且投入力度不均衡、规模偏小的问题,最后通过对这些现状和问题的分析,提出对策建议。
Urbanization is developing rapidly with economic development in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province, in which process employment surfaces as a big challenge. Through our surveys it is found that some problems exist in Enshi＇ s vocational education, such as irrational schooling system, insufficient qualified teachers, inappropriate composition of majors, limited financial inputs, and small size. It is argued that talent quality is an important factor for employment and that talent quality improvement is the key to employment increase based on the solution to the existing education - related problems.
