摘要
目的:观察浮针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将160例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组予浮针治疗,对照组予氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗。2组治疗周期均为1周。观察2组治疗后即时起效时间、临床疗效等。结果:治疗组即时起效时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床缓解50例,显效15例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为93.75%;对照组临床缓解40例,显效10例,有效20例,无效10例,总有效率为87.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浮针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病即时起效快,有效率高,对改善患者临床症状有明显疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of floating-acupuncture therapy on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods：One hundred and sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were divided into a treatment group and a control group,80 eases in each group.The treatment group was treated with floating-acupuncture therapy, while the control group was orally given Fluoride Cinnarizine Capsules.The two groups were treated for one week.The immediate onset time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results：The immediate onset time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） .In the treatment group,50 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,10 case was effective,5 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,40 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective,20 case was effective,10 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Floatingacupuncture therapy has the immediate effect and high efficiency in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type and can obviously improve clinical symptoms.
