摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的不断进展,脑卒中已成为致残率最高的疾病。尽可能地恢复患者的活动能力,提高患者的生命质量,一直是神经科学领域需要关注的问题。然而,损伤后的大脑修复能力有限,因此只有适度改善神经功能,加快神经再生,才能从根本上阻止神经系统疾病的发生和发展。脑卒中可导致成人死亡和残疾,但是部分患者在发病数月后可表现出脑修复能力,提示修复可能来源于内源性的神经再生。了解内源性神经再生的调控机制才能明确其再生过程。
Along with the aging of the population, stroke has become the disease with the highest morbidity. To restore the patient's activity ability as much as possible,and improve the quality of life of the patients, have always been a problem calling for the attention in the field of neuroscience. However, the ability to repair the brain after injury is limited, so only moderate improvement of neurological function and accelerating the nerve regeneration, can fundamentally prevent the occur- rence and development of neurological diseases. Stroke can lead to adult death and disability, but some patients show the ability to repair brain after a few months, suggesting that the repair may come from endogenous nerve regeneration. Under- standing the mechanism of endogenous nerve regeneration can help to clarify the endogenous nerve regeneration process.
