摘要
微RNA(miRNA)是一类内源性基因表达调节因子,在免疫相关性疾病的体液和细胞免疫调控中发挥重要作用,免疫细胞中miRNA的异常分布、表达可导致疾病的发生。其中,miR-155作为免疫系统最主要的多功能miRNA之一受到广泛关注,是目前研究的热点。成熟的miR-155可通过调控特定的靶基因在免疫系统中发挥生物学作用,而免疫系统异常是肾脏疾病发生的主要原因之一,影响其发生、发展及预后。因此,miR-155有望成为肾脏疾病治疗的新靶点,从而为揭示肾脏疾病的作用机制、临床诊断和治疗提供新思路。
MicroRNA(miRNA) are a class of endogenous gene expression regulation factors which play an important role in the regulation of humoral and cellular immunomodulation in immune-related diseases, and the abnormal distribution and expression of miRNA in immune cells can result in the occurrence of diseases. As one of the most important multifunc- tional miRNAs in the immune system, miR-155 has been paid more and more attention,and is the hotspot in the research field. Mature miR-155 exerts its important biological functions in the immune system by participating in the regulation of tar- get gene expression. Whereas, the dysfunction of immune system is one of the main causes of kidney diseases, which is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of kidney diseases. Therefore, miR-155 is expected to be a new thera- peutic target for kidney diseases, thus providing a new idea for revealing the mechanism and clinical diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.
