摘要
对高层住宅场景进行可视化三维真实性建模,能够有效对住宅场景形态进行模拟重建。住宅场景的可视化重建,需要获取高层住宅场景三维匹配点云对,得到点云对应点对之间的拟合函数关系,完成场景真实性重建。传统方法先求取图像倾斜平面相应的空间平面,得到完整住宅体深度图,但忽略了获取高层住宅场景三维匹配点云对,导致真实性建模效果较差。提出基于BIM的高层住宅场景可视化三维真实性建模方法。对每帧高层住宅场景深度图进行取样和三维空间反投影,获取每帧高层住宅场景深度图相应的三维点集,利用基于投影映射法获取高层住宅场景三维匹配点对,得到点云对应点对之间的拟合函数关系,实现高层住宅场景深度图点云的配准,以获得的点云匹配的最优值为依据,完成高层住宅场景可视化三维真实性建模。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效提升场景三维真实性重建精度,且效率较高。
A three-dimensional (3D) authenticity modeling method of scene visualization of high-rise residence is propose based on BIM. Firstly, each frame of scene depth map of high-rise residence is sampled and back projec- tion of 3D space is carried out for the frame. Then, 3D point set of each frame of scene depth map is acquired, and based on projection mapping method, 3D matching point pair of the scene is obtained. By using the 3D matching point pair, fitting function relationship between point pair corresponding to point cloud is obtained. Moreover, regis- tration of point cloud of the scene depth map is realized. Finally, according to the obtained optimal value of point cloud matching, the 3D authenticity modeling is completed. Simulation results show that the method can effectively improve reconstructive accuracy of the 3D authenticity of scene.
