摘要
目的:探讨单人商环包皮环切术的可行性。方法:回顾性分析2013年8月至2016年8月单人商环包皮环切术的临床资料。结果:自消毒开始平均手术时间(11±3)min,所有患者完全愈合时间为(42±6)d,术后2个月满意度为100%,术后2个月所有患者未见明显并发症。结论:单人商环外置法包皮环切术具有可行性,能够节省人力,手术方便、时间短,尤其能够可视性均匀保留适当长度的内板及系带,是较理想的包皮环切术方式,值得临床推广。
Objectives： To investigate the feasibility of single - person Shang - ring circumcision. Methods： The clinical data of patients treated by single - person Shang - ring circumcision from August 2013 to Au- gust 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. Results： The average operation time was （ 11 ± 3 ） min. The complete wound healing time was （42 ± 6）days. No one was dissatisfied at 2 months after operation and no significant compli- cation was found then. Conclusion： The single - person Shang - ring circumcision is feasible, convenient with less time. Especially, it can retain proper length of the inner prepuce and frenulum of penis. Therefore, single - person Shang - ring circumcision is the best way of operation and is worthy of popularization.
