摘要
文章推导了磁极偏移后齿槽转矩的表达式,分析了齿槽转矩与偏移角度的关系。并以一台48槽8极单相永磁同步电机为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对不同偏移角度下的齿槽转矩进行了仿真,通过对比分析达到优化齿槽转矩的目的。
Expression of cogging torque via pole deviation was deduced. Taking a 48-slots 8-poles single-phase PM synchronous motor as example, the relation between cogging torque and deviation angle was analyzed as well.ANSYS finite element analysis software was employed to simulate the cogging torque under different deviation angle, the target to optimize the cogging torque was reached through comparison and analysis.
