摘要
为提升铁路货运装卸机械技术水平,创新装卸机械运用方式,提高装卸作业效率,概述铁路货场棚车装运袋装货物的现状,阐述装载装置组成及工作原理,分析推出式装载装置结构特点及受力,提出推出式装载装置在设计中应注意的问题,并对"六货叉"及推出式装载装置经济效益进行分析,得出采用"六货叉"及推出式装载装置有利于节约人力成本,提高铁路货场棚车装运袋装货物的效率,为促进装卸机械属索具的研发及使用提供可借鉴的经验。
In order to improve the technical level of railway loading machinery, innovate loading machinery applications＇ ways and increase efficiency of loading operation, this paper expounds the composition and working principles of the loading device, analyzes the structure characteristics and force of pull-out loading device, points out the existing problems in pull-out loading device, and analyzes the economic benefits of ＂six fork＂ and pull-out loading devices. Then, some experiences are achieved, which means that the application of ＂six fork＂ and pull-out loading devices could save human cost, improve efficiency of box car loading packaged goods in railway freight yard, and provide references for promoting research and use of loading mechanical fittings and rigging.
