摘要
根据循环经济的基本内涵和原则,围绕着辽宁省的实际情况,构建了循环经济发展的评价指标体系,运用因子分析与回归分析的方法,对辽宁省的循环经济发展做实证分析。结果表明:为促进循环经济更好的发展,辽宁省要减少工业"三废"和生活污染,节约资源,同时要特别注重第三产业的发展。
Based on the basic connotation and principle of circular economy, the evaluation index system of circular economy around the actual situation of Liaoning Province is constructed. By using the combination of factor analysis and regression analysis, a research is conducted on the development of circular economy in Liaoning Province. The results show： in Liaoning Province, in order to promote the development of circular economy, importance should be attached to economic development, especially the development of the tertiary industry, meanwhile the industrial ＂three wastes＂ and domestic pollution should be reduced, and resources should be saved.
