摘要
介绍了超超临界机组阀门连接螺母现场拆卸解决方案,并进行了工艺分析。在分析大螺母及其与汽缸连接结构的基础上,基于现场加工要求,通过开发专用设备,在大螺母外圆多个相位开轴向卸荷槽。通过模拟现场加工工艺的切削试验,得到了整套现场拆卸工艺方案及加工参数。该方案设备的结构设计和刀具的匹配较为合理,工艺方案得到了改进优化,在线改造工艺的可靠性得到了验证。研究成果能够快速、高效、准确地为大螺母现场在线破断拆除服务提供可靠的技术支持与保障。
The on-site remove solution of ultra-supercritical unit valve connecting nut was presented and its process was analyzed. To meet the on-site processing requirement, a special device was developed to slot axial unloading grooves on multiple phases of the nut based on the analysis for the connection nut and the casing connecting structure. Through cutting test of simulating the on-site machining process, the whole on-site removal process and processing parameters were obtained. The results show that structure design and tools fitting of this scheme are reasonable, and this optimized scheme possesses high reliability which has been proved. This research can provide fast, efficient and accurate technical support and guarantee for the on-site remove of valve connection nut.
