摘要
为提高实-壳混合模型温度场和热应力的计算精度,在壳单元厚度积分点位置创建参考点,传递实-壳单元间温度场,并基于ABAQUS二次开发进行算法实现。实-壳单元温度传递算例和薄壁结构折角误差算例结果说明,参考点法能够有效处理实体单元和壳单元之间的温度场传递问题,提高温度场计算精度。研究成果可为汽轮机温度场分析提供一种高精度的计算方法。
In order to improve the calculation precision of temperature and thermal stress of the solid-shell hybrid model, the reference points were set at integration points in the shell thickness direction to transfer temperature field between solid and shell elements, and the algorithm was realized based on the second development of ABAQUS. The calculation examples for temperature field of the solid shell hybrid model and the error at the corner of thin walled structure show that the setting method of the reference point can effectively deal with the issue of transferring the temperature field between solid and shell elements, and improve the calculation accuracy of temperature field. The research results can provide a method to analyze turbine temperature field with high precision.
