果子狸是典型的经济资源动物,曾经被认为是非典的元凶,遭到全面封杀,全国的果子狸养殖场被迫关闭,但由于果子狸特殊的营养和风味,一直深受消费者喜爱,市场较好,价格稳定,特别是国家林业局颁布54种可以经营利用的野生动物名单后,果子狸的价格稳步上升,市场供不应求,但由于受非典以及种源、饲料、抗生素的使用等的影响,果子狸的养殖产业一直发展较慢。文中结合果子狸的养殖历史、现状以及产业发展存在的问题等方面,分析了果子狸的市场前景,并提出了发展建议。
Civets is one of the typical economic animal resources, which was once considered the culprit of SARS to be fully blocked. Civets farms were forced to shut down across the country. Because of the nutrition and relish, civets has been well received by consumers. Its sales market is good and price is stable. In particular, after the State Forestry Administration issued the list of 54 kinds of available wild animals, the price of civetshas been rising steadily and market supply falls short of de- mand. Due to the influence of SARS, provenance, fodder and antibiotic use, the civets farming in- dustry is developed very slowly. Based on the existing civets breeding history, current situation and the problem of industrial development and other aspects, we analyze the civets market prospect, and put forward the development suggestions for this research.
