摘要
明华黑色水貂是以美国短毛黑色水貂为育种素材,通过高强度选择、本品种选育而成的水貂新品种。明华黑色水貂继承了育种素材针毛平齐、光亮灵活,绒毛丰厚、柔软致密的优点,其下颌白斑和腹部白裆个体比例明显低于育种素材,分别由37.97%降至4.20%及25.98%降至无白裆;明华黑色水貂的适应性、耐粗饲性、繁殖成活率及抗病力显著高于育种素材。
Using American short-haired black mink as breeding materials and the method of intensive selective breeding, a new breed of Minghua black mink was obtained. Minghua black mink inherited the merits of the breeding materials, of which guard hair was flush, bright and flexible, under fur was thick, supple and dense. Compared the new breed with the breeding materials, the ratio of Minghua black mink jaw with white spot fallen from 37.97% to 4.20%, and the ratio of its white belly crotch in the abdomen fallen from 25.98% to 0, respectively. The adaptability, resistance to forage, disease resistance and reproductive survival rate of Minghua black mink were much better than those of the breeding materials.
