冠心病合并糖尿病患者循环血微小RNA指标及血管内皮功能指标的检测 被引量:10

Detection of Circulating MicroRNA Levels and Vascular Endothelial Function Indicators in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者循环血微小RNA(miRNA)指标及血管内皮功能指标的检测价值。方法选取70例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为A组、70例单纯冠心病患者为B组、70例单纯糖尿病患者为C组及70名健康人员为D组,检测4组研究对象的循环血miRNA指标及血管内皮功能指标,同时比较A及B组中不同分型者的检测结果,A及C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的检测结果。结果A组的循环血miRNA-20a及miRNA-133均低于其他3组,B及C组则低于D组。A组的循环血miRNA-126及miRNA-19a高于其他3组,B及C组则均高于D组。A组血管内皮功能相关指标均高于其他3组,B组及C组则均高于D组,且A与B组中不同分型者、A与C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的检测结果也存在显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者的循环血miRNA指标及血管内皮功能指标均明显异常,其对于冠心病和糖尿病的诊治均有一定的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the value of circulating blood levels of microRNAs and vascular endothelial function indicators in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 280 patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study,of which 70 patients were with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus(group A),70 patients were with only coronary heart disease(group B),70 patients were with only diabetes mellitus(group C),and 70 were healthy persons(group D). The circulating blood microRNA levels and vascular endothelial function indicators of four groups were detected,and the results of different types in group A and B were compared. Moreover,the different levels of glycosylated hemoglobin between group A and C were compared.Results The circulating microRNA-20 aand microRNA-133 levels in group A were both lower than those in group B,C and D. The circulating microRNAR-20 aand microRNA-133 levels in group B and C were all lower than those in group D. In addition,the circulating microRNA-126 and microRNA-19 alevels in group A were both higher than those in group B,C and D,and circulating microRNA-126 and microRNA-19 ain group B and C were all higher than those in group D. The vascular endothelial function indicators in group A were all higher than those in group B,C and D. Besides,the vascular endothelial function indicators in group B and C were all higher than those in group D. The laboratory results in group A and B of different clinical sub-types as well as patients with different glycosylated hemoglobin levels in group A and C all were significantly different(all P〈0.05). Conclusion The circulating microRNA levels and vascular endothelial function indicators in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus are significantly abnormal. It is useful and valuable to detect those parameters for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.
