介绍聚苯酯的发展现状和特殊性能,如耐高温、自润滑、耐溶剂、耐压缩、耐磨耗、耐蠕变、耐辐照和良好的力学性能。并介绍聚苯酯填充聚四氟乙烯的三大特点:极大的权限PV值、极低的磨耗量和不损伤对磨偶件。还介绍聚苯酯冷压烧结成型、高温模压成型、等离子喷涂成型和分散体涂覆成型等成型工艺,以及聚苯酯在机械、电子电器、喷气发动机零部件上的应用和实例。
The developing state and special properties, such as high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, solvent resistance, compression resistance, abrasion resistance, creep resistance, radiation resistance and good mechanical properties, of p-oxy-benzoyl homopolyester are introduced. The three characteristics of PTFE filled with p-oxybenzoyl homopolyester are introduced, i.e. the biggest maximum PV value, the lest abrasion and outstanding kinetic friction. P-oxybenzoyl homopolyester forming technology as cool pressre sinter forming, compression molding at high temperature, plasma spray molding and dispersion colloid coating molding as well as application of p-oxybenzoyl homopolyester in such parts as machinery, electronic appliances and jet motor and a great deal of application examples are also introduced.
